Are you a fan of goop.com as much as I am? I do love the large array of products, from clothing to wellness and everything in between. I’m learning more and more everyday how to incorporate healthier, non-toxic options in my daily self-care routine.
Today’s focus will be on those on a budget and looking to upgrade your wellness practice at an affordable price. Sure, splurge on some things for sure, but hey, not everything has to break the bank.

First up, a good old dry brush! I’ve actually just started dry brushing myself. My skin is pretty sensitive so I’m starting slowly. What I like about this brush is the shape of it, looks like it makes holding the brush much more easily then a straight brush? Use before your get into the shower, always brushing towards the heart.
Glow Advanced Inner Beauty Powder – $75
Now this is one product I’ve had my eye on for quite some time. Basically in a nutshell its a fermented superfood. It supposed to help your gut with prebiotics and probiotics. Take it every day for enhanced health.
Tonik. Apple Cider Vinegar Supplement Capsules – $35
Well first, I have a confession, I do like products in pretty packages. There I said it… I admit it. I love a good product in attractive packaging. It looks pretty on your shelves if you’re into décor and decorating like I am, and an appreciation for creative packaging design concepts. For example I found these Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules by Tonic. You had me at the beautifully designed container, mix of fonts used, placing of the grid at the bottom and just enough white space to make it sleek. More importantly these are organic, gluten-free, non-gmo and no preservatives. Let’s be honest, you can have all the pretty packaging, but if the goods inside are bad for you, you might think twice.
G. Sport by goop Mesh Tank with Side Slits in Black – $80 (Sale $30)
I thought I’d add a piece of fitness or workout clothing that is not only functional but also quite pretty. I really love the drawstring at the bottom, it puckers the fabric and looks lovely…. and its currently on sale, super bonus!
