Modern Pink Sofa Inspirations and Options

A modern pink sofa is currently what I’m coveting!  Pink sofas are sprinkled in magazine layouts, Pinterest and blogs.  I’m in love.  If I had a second bedroom, it would definitely be a piece of furniture I’d buy today.  I personally usually stick to neutrals for furnishing and add my color in my accessories and art, but I’m simply coveting the modern pink sofa.  I know purchasing such a statement piece in pink can be a bit uncomfortable but honestly, if it’s a color you love, why not.

Pink Sofa Inspiration

Design Love Fest, a fab design blog, wrote a lovely post about her studio redesign.  Isn’t it pretty!  And of course, center stage is the pretty pink sofa by CB2, rue petal apartment sofa and the arwork is by Britt Turner.

I love love love the modern pink sofa in this Apartment Therapy feature Hannah & Brandon’s “Ever Evolving” Classically Modern Reno.  It has a retro feel to it but truly modern.  The pink hue is just perfect, not too soft so it easily dirties, and not too dark so it’s overpowering.

I’ve always loved this photo with the pink sofa anchored with a very large abstract art piece.  Large art is my current go to at the moment.  I’m contemplating painting my own on canvas with simple abstract with black, pink and gold.
